Salmon Rice with Bazhen Sauce
1.
Steam the rice in an electric rice cooker in advance.
2.
Fresh day lily is slightly poisonous and cannot be eaten directly. Add a little salt to the water and blanch it in boiling water for one minute.
3.
Take it out and immediately use cold boiling water to cool it, or ice water to cool it.
4.
The blanched day lily squeezes out the excess water, add salt and light soy sauce to mix for a good taste.
5.
The salmon is marinated in salt and pepper for a few minutes, and then fried in a pan on both sides.
6.
Spread day lily on the bottom of the plate, top with rice, and spread a spoonful of Bazhen Babao Sauce on top of the rice.
7.
Half the fried salmon and place it on top.
8.
Cover the top with rice, and make a spoonful of eight-treasure sauce on top, so you can enjoy it. If the taste is too heavy, you can put more eight-treasure sauce.
9.
You can also crush the salmon, add onions and eight-treasure sauce and fry it, mix it with rice and eat it evenly, which will make it more delicious.
Tips:
The salty taste of Babao Sauce is moderate, and the amount added can be adjusted according to your own taste.
