Salmon Steak Corn Soup
1.
Prepare salmon steak.
2.
Add salt, cooking wine and black pepper to marinate in advance (I put it in the refrigerator all morning)
3.
Put a little olive oil in the pan and fry the garlic slices.
4.
Add salmon steak.
5.
Fry until the flesh turns white and the shell is slightly covered. Add black pepper again and serve.
6.
Peel the green corn to remove the beard and cut into sections. In a separate pot, add water and corn segments.
7.
Add a little olive oil.
8.
Add the fried salmon steak.
9.
Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.
10.
A little broth essence.
11.
Stew until the soup is thick and white, and then add a few broccoli to a boil.
Tips:
1. The salmon steak can turn white, don't fry it too much.
2. When stewing the soup, boil on high heat, turn to medium and low heat and simmer slowly. The corn must be cooked before it can be served.
