Salmon Sushi

Mix the rice and soaked glutinous rice, steam them, take them out and put them in a basin, add a little sugar and sushi vinegar, mix well, let cool and set aside.

Cut the carrot and cucumber into strips, add a little sushi soy sauce, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Salmon slices, wipe a little bit of Hua Diao.

Put the mixed rice, side dishes, and salmon slices evenly on the sushi seaweed, and then wrap it with a sushi curtain from one end.

Cut the wrapped sushi rolls into sections and serve them on a plate.
Tips:
1. When handling salmon, I wiped a little bit of flower carving because I felt it was fishy. It was according to my personal taste.
2. Adding a little glutinous rice to the rice can increase the stickiness and taste very good
3. According to personal taste when wrapping, add proper amount of salad dressing or pork floss to increase the taste
