Salt and Pepper Chicken

Prepare accessories;

Cut chicken thighs into pieces, add light soy sauce and five-spice powder, and marinate for 20 minutes;

Add chicken pieces in a frying pan and stir fry until the surface is golden;

Add ginger, garlic, dried chili, and Chinese pepper, stir fry;
