Salt and Pepper Chops

Prepare materials

Clean the tenderloin and cut into strips of uniform thickness.

Tips:
1. Marinate the ribs for at least half an hour
2. The bread crumbs should be compacted by hand
3. Fried chopsticks should be 70% hot, so as not to burn
