💙 Salt and Pepper Duck Tongue

Quickly cook the duck tongue and stir-fry it in a hot pan. I don't like to eat too dry, so the stir-fry is a little wet.

2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 tablespoon minced ginger, 3 peppers

1. Stir-fry and prepare the condiments first, dry it a bit, and then pour the duck tongue back into the pot and stir fry together. (Remember the small fire)
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the duck tongue
3. Add a spoonful of sugar to increase freshness
Tips:
Salt and pepper can be mixed with a little water later to make it easier to stick to the duck tongue.
