The salt and pepper buns baked in an air fryer early in the morning are paired with a cup of milk and boiled eggs with wheat germ powder. A simple breakfast is also delicious.

Ingredients

Salt and Pepper Grilled Bun Slices

1. Cut the steamed buns into thick slices and set aside

2. Add salt to the bowl

3. Cumin powder

4. Spicy oil

5. Shallot oil and a pinch of sesame

6. Reconcile and evenly reserve

7. Put the steamed buns into the grill

8. 180 degrees, 10 minutes

9. Turn over after 2 minutes and bake for another 2 minutes

10. Take out the oil

11. Put it in the grill again to continue

12. Take it out halfway and turn it over and brush the oil until the end

Tips:
