Salt and Pepper Potatoes

The potatoes are cooked in a pot and peeled off

Flatten with a knife
3.
Put a little oil in the pan, add the flattened potatoes and fry slowly
4.
Flip until golden on both sides, pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine soy sauce to taste
5.
Sprinkle in salt and pepper, out of the pot. It can be used as a staple food or as a snack.
