Salt and Pepper Prawns

Wash 13 large prawns, cut off the prawns, open the back of the prawns and remove the shrimp thread. Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes with 20g cooking wine, 3g salt, 3g sugar, and 1 teaspoon of white pepper.

2 green peppers and 2 red peppers, cut into circles, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 slices of ginger, mince.

Pour out the water from the marinated shrimp and use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture on the surface.

Coat each shrimp with starch.

Put twice as much oil as usual for cooking in the pot, and fry slowly on low heat.

Fry on each side for 1 minute or 1 and a half minutes until both sides are browned.

Use the remaining oil in the pot to saute the green, red pepper, ginger and garlic.
8.
Add 3g of McCormick's salt and pepper powder, and sprinkle some chopped chives.

The salt and pepper prawns are simple and delicious!
