Salt and Pepper Prawns (no Oil Version)
1.
Material preparation shrimp (after washing the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread), pepper and salt
2.
Put the pepper and salt in the pot, turn on a low heat and stir continuously
3.
Wait for the pepper to fry until it's burnt and crispy. (It’s hard to tell if it’s good, you can taste it)
4.
Find a piece of hard paper and put the fried salt and pepper on the paper
5.
Roll back and forth with a rolling pin
6.
This is the state of salt and pepper when it is half rolled
7.
The bottom state of the roll is basically almost the same
8.
Put it in a small bowl and set aside
9.
Put the prawns in a pot and stir-fry on a medium-low heat. Sprinkle a layer of salt and pepper on each side during the stir-frying process.
10.
You can stir fry several times, while using a spatula to properly press down the shrimp to ensure the salt and pepper taste
11.
Stir fry until the color changes on both sides, and the prawns are almost cooked. Can be out of the pot~~
Tips:
1. If salt and pepper is readily available at home, the previous steps can be omitted
2. Don't heat too much, the shrimp is easy to cook, so the medium and small fire can make the stir-frying time longer, and the salt and pepper can be more delicious.
3. Discoloration on both sides can be out of the pot, don’t take too long, otherwise the shrimp will get old easily and the taste will deteriorate~
