Salt and Pepper Rice Crust

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to the rice and mix well.

3. Add flour and cornstarch and mix well.

4. Beat in 1 egg.

5. Mix the eggs and rice well.

6. Add appropriate amount of chopped chives and mix well.

7. Put the mixed rice into a fresh-keeping bag and knead it to make it sticky.

8. Use a rolling pin to roll into thin slices.

9. Cut into small pieces with a knife.
