Salt and Pepper Shrimp Head
1.
Take off the head when washing the shrimp and clean it for later use
2.
Take a larger container, put the shrimp heads, add eggs, salt and mix well.
3.
Take another container and fill it with a little starch or fabric
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, put it in the warm oil, pick up the shrimp heads one by one with chopsticks, and then dip a circle of starch (flour can also be used) into the oil for low heat and slow fry
5.
When the shrimp heads are fried into golden brown, beat them up with a spilled spoon, put them in another large container, add a little salt and pepper powder, if you like spicy food, add some fine chili powder, mix well and put it on the plate. I didn't add chili powder when I made it.
