Salt and Pepper Tofu
1.
Cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in salt water for a while;
2.
Mix all kinds of powder with salt and mix thoroughly; mince green onions;
3.
Dry the tofu cubes or let the water dry; add oil to the pot and heat it slightly, add tofu and fry on low heat, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper;
4.
Turn over and fry, and sprinkle some salt and pepper; Repeat this three or four times;
5.
When the surface is golden and crispy, just sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. I use ordinary tofu, which is neither internal fat tofu nor old tofu; thinner tofu is better; I personally think that soft tofu is better than old tofu, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside;
2. Drying or drying the tofu before frying is better because one time I saw the boss directly fry it out of the water and the frying temperature was not enough, it was very unpalatable~
