Salt and Pepper Tofu

Hard tofu cut into small pieces

Chop ginger and garlic, cut dried chili and green onion into sections, rinse the dried chili with water first, so that it will not burn easily

Tips:
1. The tofu itself contains a lot of water. It is best to leave it for half an hour and there will be a lot of water seeping out. Use a paper towel to dry the surface and then cut into small pieces.
2. Fry in the pan until it is golden brown, so that the taste of the product will be crispy.
3. At the end, you can sprinkle more pepper and salt, if you feel that the saltiness is not enough, add a little salt appropriately
