Salt and Pepper White Fish

There are a lot of fresh white fish caught in the reservoir by myself.

Clean, marinate for 15 minutes with appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, green onion, ginger and garlic
3.
Pour a small amount of flour or starch in a bowl, add an egg, stir a little bit with an appropriate amount of water, put the white fish in it and coat it, then put it in the frying pan and fry it.
