Salt Baked Chicken

Break open the chicken belly and wash, remove all the lymphatics of the chicken neck, and clean the skin of the chicken head and neck.

Drain the Jiang chicken, pierce several small holes with a toothpick, rub the appropriate amount of salt and ginger inside and out for 10 minutes, and then put a packet of salted baking powder on the chicken. Marinate for another half an hour.

Pour oil into the electric pressure cooker and place the green onions and sand ginger.
