Salt-baked Chicken Drumsticks (bread Machine Version)

1. Wash the drumsticks, put on wine and sesame oil

2. ​ Add turmeric powder, pepper and salt, mix well to make salt-baked chicken mix

3. Spread the salt-baked chicken ingredients on the chicken thighs

4. Put the green onion and ginger, put it in the refrigerator overnight, take it out in the morning and hang it for a while

5. Take a large piece of tin foil and put an appropriate amount of coarse salt

6. Drumsticks wrapped in greased paper

7. Put the wrapped chicken drumsticks on the coarse salt

8. Pour the remaining coarse salt on top and pick up the tin foil
