Salt-baked dishes are authentic Hakka dishes with bright yellow color and light taste. The traditional method is to use salted chicken powder and then bake it with coarse salt. But this method is too complicated and wastes raw materials. Today, I will make a simple, time-saving and delicious version of the air. It only needs to be marinated. Wrap it in tin foil. Then enter the air pan. Very simple and suitable for family use. "

Salt-baked Chicken Wings (air Pot Version)

1. To make salt-baked chicken, you must first prepare salt-baked chicken noodles. I prefer to use this brand. They are sold in supermarkets and online.

2. Wash the chicken wings with an oblique knife and drain the water. Put cooking wine, salt-baked chicken powder and a small amount of five-spice powder. Tap lightly with your hands to make it delicious.

3. Add some rapeseed oil to make it smoother and evenly stir.

4. Shop on. Scallions and sliced ginger. Marinate for more than two hours

5. Spread the tin foil flat and place three chicken wings (remove the green onion and ginger slices, don’t use it.). Fold in half and wrap tightly

6. Wrap it like this, wrap two servings if you have six chicken wings peacefully and tightly.

7. Preheat the air pan at 200° for five minutes.

8. Lay the chicken wings flat in the pan. 190 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn the tin foil over in 10 minutes. Ten more minutes.

9. Carefully tear open the tin foil without breaking the skin at all. Place it on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. A fresh and delicious dish is ready, isn’t it simple?
