There are many ways to cook chicken wings, but my favorite is Dad’s specialty---salt fried chicken wings. The only ingredients are salt. Chicken wings marinated for 6 hours. The salt has penetrated into the bone marrow. After a bite, the outside is charred and the inside is tender, the gravy is splashing, and the chicken has a strong flavor. Only those who really love chickens can understand the beauty of returning to the basics.

Many children's shoes reflect that they are salty. I don't know how much salt is 10g. The salt spoon I use here is a small foldable spoon that comes with yogurt. One spoon is about 5g, and two spoons are used. In addition, remember to rinse the marinated chicken wings. It does not matter if you rinse them a few more times, and then squeeze the water out! This step is very important!

5. The other side is the other way round, and follow the same pattern. The purpose of capping is to accelerate the ripening of the chicken wings, while preventing the moisture from being fried and the taste to become chaotic.

6. When serving, you can sprinkle black pepper powder, cumin powder or chili powder, etc. according to your preference, or add nothing, the original flavor

Tips:

10g of salt is the weight of 9 chicken wings, you can increase or decrease according to the quantity.
