Salt Fried Salmon Head
1.
Wash half a lemon and cut into pieces. Remove the scales of the salmon head, wash it, and marinate with a spoonful of salt and a quarter of lemon juice for 20 minutes.
2.
Heat a spoon of olive oil in the pan. My family does not have a non-stick pan, so I use a wok instead. For frying fish, a flat-bottomed non-stick pan is the best.
3.
Heat the oil and add the salmon head, and fry slowly.
4.
Sprinkle ground black pepper on the fish head during frying.
5.
Fry on one side until golden, turn over and fry on the other side, and add the ground black pepper during the frying process.
6.
Fry the fish head on both sides until golden brown and serve on a plate. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice before eating for a fresher taste.
Tips:
Don't burn the pot too hot, which is bad for your health.
Salt and lemon juice are used to marinate salmon heads, instead of ginger. Lemon juice removes the smell and is fresher, and the decoction of food marinated in lemon juice is not afraid of producing harmful substances and affecting health.
