Salted Chicken

Debone the chicken legs and cut the meat into small pieces.

Add eggs, light soy sauce, rice wine, five-spice powder, garlic mash, green onion and ginger slices.

Marinate for more than half an hour.

Stir a little salt and black pepper into the sweet potato flour.
5.
Coat the marinated chicken with sticky powder.

Pour it into a 60% or 70% hot oil pan, fry until golden and remove.
