Salted Chicken with Peppercorns

All ingredients, chicken cut off the head, butt, chicken feet

Coat the inside and outside of the chicken with salt, pepper powder, and pepper, and marinate for 2 hours

Cut the belly of the chicken

Take a pot, put a steaming rack with holes, and put chicken on it

Steam the chicken over medium heat for 20 minutes

After the chicken is cooked, let it cool for use (the steamed chicken juice can be used as a soup base for noodles)

In another pot, heat with peanut oil, add salt, pepper, ginger, and pepper

Saute the pepper and other ingredients, turn off the heat

Spread the wine on the inside and outside of the cooked chicken, then coat it with pepper and salt, and expose it to the air to marinate for more than 5 hours or overnight
10.
Cut the marinated pepper and salted chicken into pieces, serve on a plate, add some shredded green onions, and serve
