Salted Duck Eggs

Clean the duck eggs and place them in a ventilated place to dry. Be sure to turn them all to dry without moisture.

Soak the duck eggs in white wine for a while.

Then put it in the salt and roll it to cover it with refined salt.

Then wrap it tightly with plastic wrap.

Wrap everything and let it dry in the sun for two hours.

The dried duck eggs are put into jars and marinated in a cool place for about a month.

Remove the marinated duck eggs. Put the plastic wrap in clean water to wash away the salt.
8.
In a pot of cold water, boil the water for 15 to 20 minutes.
9.
The egg yolk is oily, soft and sandy, very fragrant.
