Wash the meat, drain the water and put it in a bowl, add the barbecued pork sauce, southern milk, white wine, chopped green onion, minced garlic, ginger slices, honey, and salt and mix well

Slowly pierce the middle part of the meat to the end with a knife. Do not pierce the meat. Stitch the meat into the size of salted egg yolk. Insert the salted egg yolk one by one.

Put the sealed meat in a marinating basin and mix well, seal it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 12 hours

Line the baking tray with tin foil and put the marinated meat on it

Put it in the middle layer of the preheated Fangtai oven, in the normal baking mode, up and down, 230 degrees, and bake for 12 minutes.

Put the maltose and 150 ml of water into the pot, turn on the Fangtai gas stove and boil at the 7th level and take it out. After the meat is roasted, brush a layer of maltose water, continue roasting for 12 minutes, repeat three times, and finally slice and put on a plate.
