Twice-cooked Pork with Green Pepper and Onion

Wash the meat and put it into the pot with cold water, add ginger slices and cook together. After boiling, cook for about 20 minutes. After cooling down, remove the pig hair from the skin and cut into thin slices.

Wash the meat before buying it, put it in a pot of cold water with ginger slices, turn to a low heat and cook for about 25 minutes. When the meat is cooked, turn off the heat and remove it to cool. After the pig hair is cold, cut into thin slices and set aside.

Sprinkle the skin on the onion, wash and cut into pieces for later use.

Remove the stalks of the green pepper, wash and cut the hob.

Heat the wok and put in the sliced meat and stir fry. If the oil is not too much, add more oil and stir fry together. When the meat is a little bit dry, add bean paste and soybean paste, a little sugar, dark soy sauce, stir fry, stir fry with chili, add onion and fry until the onion becomes soft, add salt to season it and serve.
