Salted Egg Pork and Water Melon Soup

Water melon, scrape off the skin

Cut into pieces (you can cut into larger pieces, as they will shrink when cooked)

Lean meat is seasoned with monosodium glutamate, salt and sugar for preparation

Add 4 bowls of water to the pot (3 servings as an example), add ginger slices, and boil water

Add water melon after boiling water

Tips:
Loofah is relatively soft and easily deformed when cooked, so the skin of the melon can be thinly scraped off. You don't need to scrape it off completely, just leave some green skin.
