Salted Egg Yolk Fried Rice

Prepare salted duck eggs, shrimps, eggs, sausages, bacon, leftover rice

Add a little oil to the leftover rice, grab a grab to disperse the rice grains; marinate the shrimp with cooking wine, salt and white pepper for 20 minutes
