I saw this small cake in a food book. I thought at the time that the soft dough with salty egg yolk must be delicious. I happen to have the salted egg yolk left over from making mooncakes during the Mid-Autumn Festival at home, so copy it, it tastes really good!

Salted Egg Yolk Hand Cake

1. Main ingredients: flour, salted egg yolk, five-spice powder

2. Put 1/2 boiling water in the flour and spread it with chopsticks, then add cold water to knead the dough.

3. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and wake up for 30 minutes

4. When you wake up the dough, dispose of the egg yolks, crush the salted egg yolks in a bowl. (The yolk is steamed in advance)

5. Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, add the crushed egg yolk and stir-fry on low heat

6. Add a spoonful of cooking wine and continue to stir fry

7. Stir-fry until the salted egg yolk is golden sand-like

8. Add 1/2 teaspoon of five-spice powder to the fried egg yolk and mix well to form a filling.

9. Take out the awake dough and knead it evenly

10. Roll out into thin slices about 0.3-0.4 cm thick

11. Spread the mixed salted egg yolk evenly.

12. Roll up from one end.

13. Divide into small doses.

14. Take a portion of the agent, squeeze both ends and squeeze gently, and roll it into a small cake

15. Preheat the baking pan and put in the rolled cakes.

16. Bake until the golden pie is light on both sides and then take it out.

Tips:

The salted egg yolk is steamed in advance.
