Salted Fish and Dried Radish

Main ingredients: salted fish, dried radish.

Soak the dried radish to soften and wash.

Cut the salted fish into sections, soak in clean water and wash.

Cut the soaked salted fish into strips.
5.
Place the salted fish sticks in the bottom of the bowl.

Put a layer of dried radish.

Add salted fish and dried radish; follow this method to finish.

Put green onion and ginger on top, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Boil water in the pot and put it in the pot. Steam on high heat for 15 minutes.
