Salted Fish Stewed Tofu

Prepare the seasoning

To prepare the tofu, the salted fish is first soaked in water to remove a part of the salty taste, then washed and cut into pieces

Pour oil in the pan, add the fish in warm oil and fry until slightly on both sides

Add shallots and ginger and sauté

Cooking rice wine

Pour in tofu, add boiling water, cover with lid, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour

Then turn to high heat and add steamed fish soy sauce

Grind the black pepper and turn off the heat
9.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

1. Different salted fish have different saltiness, cook according to their own salted fish seasoning
