Salty Dry Rice
1.
Rice: Soak for half an hour in advance, shred carrots, cut meat and shiitake mushrooms into small pieces, wash dried sea oysters and scallops, and finely chop dried onions.
2.
Let's make the onion oil first: heat the pan, pour the oil into the onion and stir fry until fragrant, then pour it into a bowl and set aside.
3.
Add a little oil to the pan, put the meat and stir-fry the oil, add the mushrooms, dried sea oysters, and scallops in turn, stir fry until fragrant, add carrots, and finally rice, add salt, chicken essence, and soy sauce.
4.
Stir-fry, pour into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water and press the cooking button to start cooking.
5.
After the rice is cooked, it should be simmered for a while, pour in the onion oil that has been fried before, and mix it to eat.
6.

7.
Served with soup and mixed with okra, it is simple and delicious.
Tips:
Those who don't like green onions or are afraid of oil can leave out shallot oil.
It is best to soak the rice for salty and dry rice for half an hour in advance (if you don't soak, you might not see the heart of the rice).
Because the rice has been soaked and carrots are added, the water should be less (less than the water used to cook white rice).
The amount of rice is set by yourself (I am serving 2 people).
