Sam Chicken Soup

Coarse salt: Wash the chicken and coat the outer and chest cavity of the broiler chicken with coarse salt.

Put the auxiliary ingredients into the chicken breast: stuff the glutinous rice soaked in advance into the chest cavity, and then stuff garlic and red dates. The garlic and red dates are larger in size, and you can stuff them in to prevent the glutinous rice from overflowing.

Simmer chicken soup on low heat: Put the whole chicken in the pot, add ginseng, and the water is just over the chicken. After the medium heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 1-1.5 hours to complete it~
