Put the high-gluten flour, egg liquid, and 1 gram of salt into the bucket of the noodle machine, and put 25 grams of water into the drip bucket containing the water. The one I chose quickly came out, and the noodles were ready in a while.

Put enough water in the pot to boil, add the right amount of salt, add the noodles and cook.

In the process of cooking the noodles, the ingredients of the smelt seeds are processed, and the bell peppers, onions, and potatoes are cut into small cubes.

Cut the ginger and garlic into finely pieces, chop the pickled pepper into small pieces, and chop the onion and the leaves of the onion separately.

Cut the beef into small cubes.

Add a teaspoon of spicy red oil, some light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and chopped green onion in a bowl, and scoop a tablespoon of noodle soup.

Tips:
1. It is best to chop the bean paste finely and then stir-fry. Be sure to stir-fry the red oil slowly before adding the beef and stir-fry slowly;
2. The method of spicy red oil is in my blog. If it is troublesome, you can add the hot rapeseed oil and sesame oil to the chili powder and prickly ash powder to make a simple spicy oil without rapeseed oil. It can be replaced with other oils, the fragrance is a little bit worse.
