Satisfied-braised Pork Noodles

Wash large rows.

Beat the meat loosely with the back of a knife.

Put salt, cooking wine, green onion, and ginger slices in the large row, pickle them evenly, and let stand for 20 minutes.

Beat the eggs, add starch, and mix well into a batter.

Spread the egg batter evenly on both sides of the marinated large row.

Heat the oil in the frying pan, add them in large rows, and burn them until both sides are slightly yellow. Take them out one by one.

Put the green onions on the pot without oil, put in a large row, add light soy sauce, sugar, and pour water (more water than usual for roasting meat, because it is used as a noodle sauce). After the high heat is brought to a boil, change to a low heat and simmer for 50 minute.

Tips:
1. The vegetables in the noodles can be put in other greens, chicken feathers or anything else. Put whatever dishes you have in the house.
2. For noodles, choose your favorite noodles. If you are not too troublesome, you can make your own hand-rolled noodles, which is more chewy.
