This [Sauce Bone] uses sauce tofu juice, which is made from red fermented bean curd juice. Cooking dishes with soy tofu juice can enhance the color and save the trouble of frying sugar color. You can also omit the spices, which emphasizes the sauce aroma of the red fermented bean curd, and the taste is quite good.

Sauce Bones

1. Rinse the bones

2. Add water to the pot, add green onions and bones

3. After boiling, simmer for 1 minute

4. Fish out and wash it

5. Heat oil, add the bones and fry

6. Fry until the surface of the bone turns yellow

7. Add sauce tofu (red fermented bean curd) juice

8. Then add the right amount of soy sauce

9. Stir it repeatedly until it's colored

10. Add water

11. Bring to a boil and add salt to taste

12. Bake on a low fire for about 30 minutes to make it fully cooked

13. Turn off the heat after turning off the juice

14. Put it out of the pot and serve on the plate, ready to taste
