Sauce Bones

Rinse the bones

Add water to the pot, add green onions and bones

After boiling, simmer for 1 minute

Fish out and wash it

Heat oil, add the bones and fry

Fry until the surface of the bone turns yellow

Add sauce tofu (red fermented bean curd) juice

Then add the right amount of soy sauce

Stir it repeatedly until it's colored

Add water

Bring to a boil and add salt to taste

Bake on a low fire for about 30 minutes to make it fully cooked

Turn off the heat after turning off the juice

Put it out of the pot and serve on the plate, ready to taste
Tips:
1. The firing time is for reference only, and it is subject to ripeness.
2. Put the bone cold water into the pot of flying water to remove more blood.
3. Soy bean curd is red fermented bean curd.
