Sauce Bones
1.
Wrap the cloves, cinnamon and other dry seasonings in a small gauze bag for later use. Cut the green onion and ginger for later use.

Wash the bones and set aside.
3.
Add water to the pot, add the bones, green onion, ginger, star anise, seasoning bag, soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt.
4.
Turn the pot to low heat and simmer for one hour.
5.
Pour the soup on top of the pot.
