Sauce Braised Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs and set aside.

Add ginger slices and cooking wine in a pot under cold water to blanch water.

Shallots, star anise and cinnamon stand aside.

Put the oil in the wok and put rock sugar into it, and fry the sugar color.

Add the ribs and stir fry evenly.

Add green onion aniseed and stir fry.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and water.

Turn to a low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
