Sauce Chicken Feet

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the chicken feet, remove the toes, put a little green onion and ginger in a pot under cold water, pour in the white wine, boil for 1 minute, and skim the foam.

Remove and set aside.

Put sugar in the pan and sauté until reddish brown (pictured).

Add the blanched chicken feet and fry a few times over high heat, then add green onions and ginger.

Add the spices and fry a few more times.

Put rice wine and soy sauce.

Put in an appropriate amount of hot water.

Bring to a boil, add salt, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes.
10.
Uncover the lid, collect the juice over high heat, and leave a little sticky soup to get out of the pot.
