Sauce Chicken Wings
1.
Six middle chicken wings, wash
2.
Pierce some holes with a steel fork
3.
Pour a spoonful of oil into the pot and add chicken wings
4.
Fry the yellow and turn it over and then fry
5.
Fried on both sides, add a little cooking wine
6.
Add a moderate amount of salt
7.
1 spoon of Haitian bean paste diluted with water
8.
Add the bean paste water to the chicken wings
9.
Not enough water, add boiled water to the chicken wings
10.
Taste it, it's salty enough, add a little sugar
11.
When the soup is tightened, add a little light soy sauce
12.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onion and cover to turn off the heat
Tips:
1. The chicken wings can be soaked in the bleeding water and then burned
2. If the bean paste is salty and fresh, light soy sauce can be avoided. (I just have some bean paste)
3. The chopped green onion can be stored in a small-mouth bottle, frozen in the refrigerator, and directly sprinkled into the dish for a little braising.
