This dish originated from the "calcium deficiency" reported by her daughter’s physical examination. So I searched the Internet for various calcium supplement recipes. I personally think that bone sticks can not only supplement calcium but also relieve gluttony, especially the fat and fat bone marrow inside. After my daughter had eaten it, she lost my share. She loves bone marrow so much. After I dig it again, she still has to dig it to see if there is any bone marrow left. An out-and-out snack! "

Sauce-flavored Bone Sticks

1. Bone rods are cleaned with flowing water for later use

2. Pour a little oil into the pot, add soy sauce and saute until fragrant. Add water and all seasonings. Add the washed bone sticks. Soak for 1 hour or longer to let it taste.

3. Bring to a simmer and add the green onions. The green onions can also be added with other seasonings. After boiling, remove the foam and simmer for 2 and a half hours

4. After 2 and a half hours, the crispy sauce-flavored bone stick is OK!

Tips:

The soy sauce must be fried before it tastes good!
