Braised Beans in Bone Broth

Wash the beans, peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.

Wash and blanch pork bone sticks
3.
Put clean water into the pot, add pork bone sticks, add cooking wine, aniseed, green onion and ginger to cook.

Prepare ginger garlic, aniseed, carrots.
5.
Add the ginger and garlic in a hot pot with cold oil and saute, add carrots and cooking wine.

Add the beans and potatoes, stir fry, add some cooking wine and soy sauce.
7.
Add pork bone sticks and pork bone soup.
8.
Simmer for about 30 minutes and add a little salt.
9.
It is delicious and not expensive when served on the plate.
