Sauce-flavored Chicken Feet

Wash and blanch chicken feet

Remove and rinse with water to drain the water

Green onion, ginger, pepper, aniseed garlic and dried pepper for later use

Heat the pan into the oil and heat, add the green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, aniseed, dried pepper and stir fry for a nice flavor

Stir fry chicken feet

Stir fry slightly discolored

Add water, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, salt and bring to a boil
8.
Simmer until the soup is soft and thick
