Sauce-flavored Duck

Wash the ducks and put cold water in the pot to blanch;

Heat oil, add star anise, pepper, bay leaves, ginger slices, garlic and stir fry until fragrant;

Pour in an appropriate amount of water, light soy sauce, cooking wine, rock sugar, and salt;

Boil the duck on high heat and turn to medium heat for 1.5 hours. Turn the duck over every 30 minutes;

Boil until 1/4 of the juice is left, pour the soup on the duck, and add a little soup;

Chop the duck into pieces after cooling, and pour the remaining soup on the surface of the duck pieces.
