My daughter follows me. She is a soy sauce controller. She likes to add soy sauce to any dishes. Haha, she even likes to dip in soy sauce when eating steamed buns and toast. In order to adapt to the tastes of our mother and daughter, my husband is already a soy sauce chef.

Sauce-flavored Pork Belly Roasted Vegetarian Chicken

1. Wash the pork belly and put it in cold water to boil it to remove the blood

2. Put the vegetarian chicken into boiling water to remove the oil inside

3. Drain separately

4. Add oil and stir-fry pork belly for a minute

5. Add the vegetarian chicken, add the cooking wine, and pour the soy sauce

6. Add rock sugar to the right amount of warm water and cook for one hour

Tips:
