Sauce Halogen Chicken

Wash and slice the vegetarian chicken. Don’t cut too thin.

Heat the pan with the cold oil and add the vegetarian chicken until golden on both sides and remove.

The fried vegetarian chicken is soaked in cold water for about 20 minutes until the vegetarian chicken absorbs the full water (the picture above shows the vegetarian chicken is fried and soaked in water until it is soaked)

Put all the water for the vegetarian chicken and the soaked vegetarian chicken into the pot, add all the seasonings, don’t put the oil and boil

Simmer

Simmer until only a little thick soup is left
Tips:
The soaked vegetarian chicken in water is because the soaked vegetarian chicken will be filled with small gaps. When it is marinated, it will absorb the soup and be fuller and richer.
