Sauce Heart Meat

After blanching the heart-protecting meat, put it in a pot and add water to submerge the meat, add green onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and cooking wine.

Add rock sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce.

Add fermented bean curd juice.

Add salt and soy sauce.

Turn to medium heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
