time flies! It's been four months since the last time I posted the recipe, and since I brought my classmates with me, I don't have time to take photos and write the recipe.
However, three meals a day should be carefully cooked and eaten carefully!
Two days ago, my sister Huang said that the most frequent non-potato noodles appeared on her dinner table. Both babies love to eat. They can’t ask what to eat at all. The answer is definitely potato noodles...
Grandma came home a few days ago and brought a big bag of potatoes, so let's have a bowl of potato noodles too! Unexpectedly, it was particularly successful, simple and delicious!
After posting to Moments, many friends ask for action! Today, I made another special meal, took pictures and wrote tutorials. It's not long-winded, so let's start! "

Ingredients

Sauce Potato Noodles

1. Potatoes and beans are processed and diced, and small onions are finely chopped and set aside.

2. Pour oil in the pot, put the pepper and small onions in the pot.

3. Because the beans are harder to cook than carrots, pour the beans into the pot and stir fry for about two or three minutes.

4. Then add the potatoes and stir fry for about two minutes.

5. Then add the soybean paste and stir fry together. Here two spoons of soybean paste are small spoons for eating. The addition of soybean paste is to have the flavor of the sauce. It should not be too much. Too much will be salty and will easily become fried noodles, which will cover up the taste of potatoes. !

6. After stir-frying evenly, add boiling water or warm water. (As shown in the figure, adjust according to the amount of vegetables)

7. Cover the lid and simmer until it is as shown in the picture. It is recommended to leave some soup in the pot to make the noodles more flavorful!

8. Let's start when the noodles are cooked!

Tips:

Beans are a side dish, but you can also choose other vegetables according to your taste.
Soybean paste itself is salty, no need to add salt.
