Sauce Sheep Scorpion

Put water in the pot (the amount of water will eventually be over the sheep scorpion) and then put all the seasonings except (salt, soy sauce, noodle sauce).
When the water in the pot is boiled, put the sheep and scorpions on the high heat and change to a low fire. Then put the noodle sauce and soy sauce to find a good color (the sauce is red, as shown in the picture).
After simmering for an hour, add salt to find a good taste. Let it simmer for an hour and a half.
Tips:
Be careful not to open the lid of the lamb and scorpion after the stew, it tastes great after simmering for 1 to 2 hours.
