Sauce Stick Bone

Boil the stick bones in a pot of water.

Discharge the blanched rod bone in a pressure cooker, and pour boiling water to level the rod bone. Add green onions, ginger, pepper, star anise, bay leaves, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, yellow sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, cover and press for 30 minutes. After pressing, turn the sticks over and press for another 10 minutes.

Take out the bones and eat them. The remaining broth can be used to stew potatoes and beans.
