Sauce Trotters

Dispose of a clean pig's trotter and chop it into 6 pieces, blanch the water to remove blood foam.

Pour fermented bean curd juice, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt.

Tips:
1. The temperature of the frying sugar color should be just right. If the color is not enough, it will be bitter after frying. 2. It takes longer to stew pig's feet, the longer the time, the softer the texture will be. 3. If there is no rice cooker in the picture, you can use the cooking button to add another time to cook the rice once the pig's feet are not soft or rotten, or choose the stewing program according to the function on your rice cooker.
